After transitioning from a distinguished 21-year military career, he applied his leadership skills to the classroom and administrative settings, quickly gaining recognition for his ability to inspire both students and educators. His work spans K-12 and higher education, where he has served as a teacher, administrator, and mentor, consistently driving initiatives that promote academic excellence and inclusive learning environments.
